Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV and Solutions & Funds announce their collaboration
Morges | Zürich, December 2 2025 - Solutions & Funds SA will become the fund management company of Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV.
As part of the continuous evolution of its operational processes, digital solutions, and strategic focus, the Board of Directors of Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV has decided to change its fund management company and custodian bank.
Effective January 1, 2026, Solutions & Funds (S&F) will assume the management and administration of Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV. The custodian bank function will be entrusted to Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV). This change also involves a new auditing firm: PricewaterhouseCoopers SA (PwC), Geneva, will succeed KPMG SA on the same date.
These governance modifications were approved by the General Meeting on October 13, 2025, and ratified by FINMA on October 30, 2025.
